Vegeterian Stuffed Bell Peppers? - bell red peppers and kidney stones
I cook dinner tomorrow night for the parents of my friend, his brother and his brothers Girldfriend.
I am planning to make stuffed peppers. She does not know such as red meat, but not vegetarian. But I thought I'd do a fresh meat.
In the Pepper:
Minced
Rice
Tomato Sauce
parmesean cheese
Spices
How do I replace meat with vegetables?
I thought, a kind of beans?
I'm sort of trend away from Pinto or black only because more with tomato sauce and cheese can be met, and I think Mexican food when I think of black or pinto beans.
Anyway, I think, beans can be a good option.
What do you think? Do you have any good ideas?
Thank you!

Portobello mushrooms would be a good thing! They are flesh and good taste. But they have a lot of water in them. Not sure if this would be cooked in front of the filling into the peppers. If you try to use white beans, beans. They go well with tomato sauce and cheese settings.
ReplyDeleteGood luck!
In any case, try, ground turkey! It tastes much better and works very well with the ingredients, if experienced. Moreover, as its very difficult to tell the difference in the texture. If you do not want that) meat in any attempt SMART (without meat. It's like a meat substitute. If you use beans, baked beans or beans recommended. Both work. You can also add other vegetables that the texture, which add almost equal to the minced meat, mushrooms or corn, such as extra vegetables to have instead of meat.
ReplyDeleteGood luck!
You can try with mushrooms instead of meat. I have it with stuffed peppers, and they were delicious.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, beans are a good choice because they do not want to paint, or black.
Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteOrders with rice and pieces of mixed vegetables.
ReplyDeleteWhen I was a child, even my mother used to make something really tasty vegetarian chili relleno, used the beans and corn. Here, too, recalled in May of this year, the Mexican cuisine, but actually it is not, and it is good!
ReplyDeleteI use beans, corn and rice ... it would be delicious.

are two good options that are available in most supermarkets.
Boca Burger ground is frozen and I feel faster, until they brown in the pan as Gimme Lean, but I prefer the taste of Gimme Lean better. Both are good, but if you opt for the Gimme Lean, enter starting over medium heat in a nonstick pan and break into small pieces while cooking. Then, once broken, and usually cooked, put a little fire to caramelize slightly. (Adds flavor)
I hope that helps. They have a great party! :-)
