How much should I "pay" an amateur photographer for taking wedding pics? - amateur pics
It's just an acquaintance and a teenager and last minute, saying he could be taken pictures of my wedding, which is a godsend because I could not pay a contractor. So do not tell me I need a favor, because I'm an amateur. But I think it would be nice to him some money, although they never asked. How much $ should I give?

I have I in the same situation. I work with a few women who make the amazing photos and decided to ask himself whether he would do for me and if so, how you will be paid. The lady who is doing this to me some of your pictures, the camera showed, I explained what can and what not to do, then we talked about how they should leave. In the end she said she would do for $ 100 - including gas travel, buy the memory card (and I will return later) and how long it takes to make pictures. Personally I found it incredibly much, and I am sure that I honestly do not pay more than that for images that are not professionals and they have no guarantee of a dignified exit or refund policy.
ReplyDeleteThat said, I think you should talk to him and see what you say, but I'd probably go with a price range one to two hundred dollars, depending on time, quality, etc..
